Oh Chanel!

I absolutely adore Chanel styles, so this is really fun! I need you to make a complete outfit, inspired by Coco Chanel. But here's the trick, you can't use ''Inspired by...'' items.

Decades has tons of items you can use, but if it has the words ''inspired by......'' then it doesn't count. Chanel is a modern 60's black and white look. Google can help you out with it.

Here is a sample image of what you can go for:
As you see long skirts, mini tops, beads, and all of that is used. Send in your entries via comment post, or guestbook Ellie or me. As always, entries must be sent in throught photobucket, tinypic, blog post with image, etc.

Play & Earn SCAM!

Hmmm..... look at this:
Stardoll is saying that we get earn up to $50 a month!

But what many of us didn't see is that this is a SCAM!

What do I mean? How is it a scam?

Well, lets do the mathematical stuff!
Before the whole "save a $1, use $4 on the day", we got $5 everyday (if you did Play & Earn everyday)  to spend on that day in the Minishop or Starplaza.

So $5 x 30 days (average month) = $150 per month if you did it everyday for 30 days!

We used to earn $150 every MONTH!!!

But its different now! Stardoll is giving us a "limit" to only $50 every month! Which means that we can only do Play & Earn for 10 days (50 / 5 = 10 days)!!!

So to sum it all up, we used to get $150 every month! Now we only get $50! 

That $50 comprises of $10 saved in the purse and $40 to spend on the day we do Play & Earn!!!

What a RIP OFF!!

Return of the lost!

What do I mean? Well, Stardoll has finally realised what they did wrong and has (kind of) given us back our "Stardollar A Day"!!!

And when I say kind of, its not the usual process of logging in and then you have it. Now if you want $1 stardollar in your purse to keep then you have to do Play & Earn!

Today when i logged in, I saw something new that Stardoll had put in place that lies just below the Friends Chat Box.

It is called the 'Gift-O-Meter' to celebrate the holiday season.

But you ask, what the hell is a Gift-O-Meter?

I was also curious so I clicked on the small box and it brang me to this screen:

 

To Answer your question, the Gift-O-Meter is the new way to earn gifts by purchasing clothes, make up and accessories in the Starplaza! So they are kind of free in a way, but not really. :)

When I scrolled down, I saw this:

So, the way the Gift-O-Meter works, is that once you spend a certain amount of Stardollars, you get a free gift.
