Giftometer? And New Store?

Hiya, Sorry i haven't posted in a while, lifes been a bit hectic...

So anyway, I logged in today to see this?!

It explains that if you sell items in your starbaazar and get 10sd, 20sd, 50sd, 100sd and 200sd you will receive a gift, Well this is what i can understand, its quite confusing. It also says that if you reach 200sd, four weeks in a row, you receive a treasure chest with a super secret gift. Okay, too be fair, Stardoll has gone really mad on their free-item giving =(
According to what i can understand it also means that this if just for Superstars only =(

Their is a new store out, based on Bikinis and Swimwear. It's named Splash Swimwear, its quite dear, and to be honest i dont like anything, so i will not be buying. I hope you like the stuff though!

I logged in today to find 3 gift boxes, each containing gifts about the 60 Million Members on Stardoll.

In the Boxes you receive a Dress, Cupcake and a bunch of Balloons.

Competition: Costume design

Costume design:

Right, this competition is about designing a outfit. You can use any clothes you want, but the themes have to be either: Punk rocker or Prom date.

Once you have made your competition entry, make it into a tinypic and leave the link in my guestbook. (DuckiesAreCool)

The competition is open for 2 weeks and there will be 2 winners. One for each category: One for the Punk Rocker Theme and One for the Prom Date theme

UPDATES TO STARDOLL!!

WOW! There is two new (small) updates Stardoll! One is with the Chat and the other when sent a gift!!

Update 1: Chat

Stardoll has updated Chat in these ways-
<> Non-SS colour changed from blue to pink
<> When you get a message, the little light will flash to indicate that you have a message
<> The person who sent you a message moves to the top of the list
<> The person who sent you a message has a little speech bubble next to their name

Update 2: Gifts
Stardoll has updated the "gift giving" thing (sorry dont know what to call it). If you receive a gift you will still get it in the normal box, but when you open the gift box and hover over the gift item, the persons username and a link to their page will appear.

No more Mr. Penguin....

This is just in, our beloved "Write Me Penguin" has disappeared.
I guess he got sick of standing on a shelf in our conputer screens, so he set a plan and waddled off Stardoll.

Why would Stardoll do this? This penguin is practically their "biggest seller". Why would Stardoll get rid of it just like that....

Is this part of their plan? To make non-ss feel like they have to pay to look good or be popular?? Is this Stardoll wanting more money???
Is Stardoll getting rid of what non-ss survive on??

Look at the facts people!!!! Stardoll rises all the prices of non-ss clothing, turns more items into ss only, takes away "stardollar a day" and now, deleting the one gift we, non-ss can send to our friends!!!!!!!

It makes me sick! Stardoll wants more money! More power! But in the end, they will lose! SS membership will become more expensive and there won't be any one item for non-ss to buy!!
Stardoll is GREEDY!!!

I think being non-superstar is much better. you save your money for more important things like a real reality world.

Jokes, i don't actually know how many glitches Stardoll have made, bu i'm guessing it would be a bloody big number. (this was my attempt of humor)

anyway, to my point.
I went to the starplaza today, only to find this!


Hmmmm..... this is the 40 million members page thingo. The only thing that seems to be available to buy is that rip off sparkly thing that moves.

I then went to someones suite and pressed on the 'gift shop' button. again that 'rip off sparkly thing that moves' was the only thing from 40 million members that you can send to people!

Did you know you can send the 40milion items as gifts?! 3 of them are non-ss!!! So… you can send them to yourself with a spare or new account! Only the shirts you’ll never wear (again) and the overpriced ’spark’ are superstar. Guess in a way they did give something good ‘free’.
